This Privacy Policy describes how Faast ("the App", "we", "us") handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.
2. Data Controller
The App is developed and maintained by an individual developer operating under the name Faast / RiverDevPro.

3. Data We Collect
The App does not collect, store, or transmit any personal health data to external servers.
All data entered in the App (fasting start/end times, motivation phrase, preferences) is stored exclusively on your device using local storage (UserDefaults / App Groups). This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly back it up via iCloud (subject to Apple's own Privacy Policy).
The only data that may be collected is anonymous, aggregated usage analyticsprovided by Apple's App Store analytics framework. This is subject to your iOS privacy settings and cannot be linked to your identity.
4. Data We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect:
- Names, email addresses, or contact information
- Health records or biometric data
- Location data
- Device identifiers or advertising IDs
- Payment information (processed entirely by Apple)
- Behavioral tracking data across other apps or websites
5. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following Apple system services:

No third-party analytics SDK (Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.) is integrated in the App.
6. Your Rights (GDPR — EU Users)
In compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — EU 2016/679), you have the following rights:
- Right of access — request a copy of any data we hold about you
- Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
- Right to erasure— request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten")
- Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interests
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you can exercise most of these rights directly by deleting the App. For any residual requests, contact: contact@rvrloan.com
7. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the EU under GDPR). We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, contact us immediately at contact@rvrloan.com and we will take appropriate action.
8. Data Retention
Since no personal data is transmitted to our servers, there is no server-side retention. Data stored on your device persists until you delete the App or clear its local storage. You can reset all App data at any time by deleting and reinstalling the App.
9. Security
Although we do not store your data on external servers, we rely on Apple's built-in iOS security model (sandboxing, encrypted storage, Secure Enclave) to protect data stored locally on your device. We recommend keeping your device updated and secured with a passcode.
10. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. Changes will be posted within the App and on our website. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
